Derval started producing Font Solutions eight years ago for its own purposes. It soon became apparent that others were interested in fonts and the many ways that they can be used.

So, Font Maker for Windows was conceived. First as a vague collection of utilities and then as the integrated system that it is today.

One of the biggest challenges was the vast number of Font formats that exist, from very simple bitmap Fonts to the sophisticated TrueType Fonts that are now an every day feature used by all Windows users and many others.

Now, Font Maker for Windows is in four versions from Lite to Professional, to suit most requirements. In addition Derval offers a Font Solutions service, which use Font Maker to solve clients problems.
